ReNova Wellness ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit renovawellness.org (the "Website"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you choose to give us. If you email us at admin@renovawellness.org or call or text 479-593-3020, we receive whatever you send, such as your name, contact details and message. We use it to respond to you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how the Website is used. It collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device, browser and approximate location (city-level), and how you arrived at the Website. We also count clicks on our Schedule buttons and phone number, and the number of visitors who reach our appointment confirmation page. We do not send names, contact details, or appointment details to Analytics. We configure Analytics to turn off advertising personalization and to remove anything after a "?" in page addresses before they are sent.
We do not use the Website to collect your name, date of birth, diagnosis, or other health details.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device, to recognize returning visitors and measure activity. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The Website still works without cookies.
How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Website visits for advertising or retargeting.
Online scheduling and the patient portal
When you click Schedule, you leave this Website and go to a scheduling system provided by our partner OptiMantra. The patient portal, intake forms and your health records are also handled through OptiMantra. Information you enter there is governed by that service's terms and privacy practices and by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy. We recommend you review OptiMantra's privacy policy before you book.
Your health information
Information about your care is protected by federal and state law, including HIPAA. How we use and share your health information, and your rights over it, are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide to patients. Please ask us for a copy at any time. This Website policy doesn't replace that notice.
Sharing information
We share Website information only with service providers that help us run the Website (such as Google for Analytics and our web hosting provider), when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.
Links to other sites
The Website may link to other sites, including OptiMantra. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Children
The Website is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is another reason to avoid sending health details by email.
