Exhaustion, brain fog, restless nights and a short fuse are easy to blame on a busy life. Sometimes they point to something more specific: your hormones.

Limited appointments are available at the introductory price. Certain criteria must be met, including a recent hormone panel and a medical evaluation. See the details below.
Book Your AppointmentHormones touch almost everything
Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone do far more than regulate your cycle. They help shape your energy, sleep, mood, memory, metabolism, bone strength, skin and sex drive. When they shift, the effects show up all over the body.
For most women those shifts begin earlier than expected. Perimenopause, the transition before menopause, often starts in the 40s and sometimes in the late 30s. It can last several years. Hormone levels don't simply fall in a straight line during this time; they swing, and those swings are a big part of why symptoms can feel unpredictable.
Because the earliest symptoms are fatigue, fog and mood changes rather than hot flashes, many women go years without anyone connecting them to hormones.
Signs your hormones may need attention
Hormone pellet therapy may help with symptoms like these. Having one doesn't mean hormones are the cause, which is why we start with your story and your labs.
Fatigue & low energy
Tired even after a full night's sleep, or running on empty by mid-afternoon.
Brain fog & poor focus
Losing your train of thought, forgetting words or names, trouble concentrating.
Poor sleep & night sweats
Trouble falling or staying asleep, waking drenched, or waking at 3 a.m. and not drifting back.
Mood swings & irritability
Feeling anxious, low, weepy or short-tempered in ways that don't feel like you.
Libido & intimacy changes
Lower desire, vaginal dryness, or discomfort that affects closeness.
Weight gain & body changes
Weight gathering around the middle, losing muscle tone, or a body that stopped responding the way it used to.
Hot flashes
Sudden waves of heat, flushing and sweating, day or night.
Joint aches & stiffness
Aches and morning stiffness that show up without an obvious cause.
Skin & hair changes
Dryness, thinning hair or skin that seems to change quickly.
What hormone pellet therapy is
Pellets are tiny, rice-sized implants placed just under the skin. They release hormones steadily over several months, with no daily pills, patches or creams to remember.
Labs & evaluation
We review your symptoms and health history and look at a full hormone panel to see what's going on.
A plan that fits you
If hormone therapy is appropriate, we talk through the benefits and risks and decide on a dose for you.
Quick in-office procedure
The pellets are placed during a short visit. Follow-up keeps your dosing on track as your body responds.
Certain criteria must be met
Safe, effective hormone care starts with the right information.
Full hormone panel
A complete hormone panel must be completed within the past 3 months for review prior to treatment.
Medical evaluation
A medical history and individualized evaluation must be completed to determine if hormone therapy is appropriate.
Current pellet therapy?
If you're currently receiving pellet therapy, documentation from your most recent procedure, including the date and hormone dosage(s) placed, may be required.
Additional testing may be required
Additional laboratory testing or medical clearance may be required based on your health history and current results.
Pellet dosing is individualized. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to hormone replacement therapy.
